All fees are for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of payment due. The yearly hosting fee to be included on speakerlist.org is currently $550 per year or $450 per year if paying two years upfront. Yearly hosting fee includes one category listing only. Speaker has the right to add additional listing categories anytime during the term of the listing however the additional category listings will run concurrently with the annual hosting time period. All fees are nonrefundable once paid and will not be refunded under any circumstances Speakerlist.org does not guarantee any results or speaking engagements. This site is designed to be a listing directory only to spotlight a speaker’s services. Payment of fees does not guarantee any speaking income. Speaker/sponsor is responsible for all content placed correctly on the listing and is responsible for all content. All speakers agree to post only appropriate content that would generally be considered in good taste and professional. Speakerlist.org reserves the right to remove any content that they deem to be offensive or inappropriate and remove any speaker from the website it deems to be inappropriate. Furthermore all speakers, buyers, sponsors agree to indemnify speakerlist.org, Speaker Resources, LLC and its members against any claims or suits resulting from any activity associated with speakerlist.org or any speaker listed on speakerlist.org . Every attempt will be made to send hosting renewals notices 7 days prior to the renewal date but the speaker is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all fees are paid when due. Failure to pay fees due will result in removal of listing or ad sponsorship. Speakerlist.org reserves the right to change fees at any time without further notice
Buyer understands that speakerlist.org cannot guarantee the accuracy of a speaker’s listing content or the quality of services being offered. Buyer should exercise care when selecting a speaker and should verify any references or claims made by the speaker. Buyer further understands and agrees to hold speakerlist.org, Speaker Resources, LLC and its member sharmless from any claim whatsoever in the event that speaker fails to perform as contracted. Buyer also understands that any business relationship that is created between any speaker and the buyer is strictly between the buyer and the speaker and in no way will speakerlist.org be held responsible for any loss or harm caused by a speaker. Further more, speakerlist.org will not be responsible for collecting any fees due any speaker listed on this website. Buyer should exercise good judgment when selecting a speaker. Speakerlist.org cannot guarantee the accuracy of any claims made by a speaker regarding insurance and criminal background and the buyer is strongly encouraged to verify those claims directly with the speaker.
